About me
I am an army wife and college student. My husband and I are currently surviving our first deployment. We are currently based on Fort Bliss in El Paso, Texas, however I am back home in Georgia with my family while he's gone. I enjoy cooking and baking. I love doing things for others and spending time with my family. The beach is my escape, although I only get to see one once every few years. I love writing, drawing, and scrapbooking. 
My Favorite Foods
I love anything asian, southern or healthy (doesn't that sound like an oxymoron!? LOL). I love making my mother-in-law's pasta dish, I feel like I have been given a special gift when I make it (she passed away when my husband was 13). I have plenty of memories of helping my Nana in the kitchen around the holidays and on the weekends when I would come to visit. I can't wait to instill those qualities into my children.
