About me
My wife Marilyn and I live in the small fishing village of Oriental, North Carolina. I was born and raised in Syracuse, New York. We were a large Italian family and my mother instilled in me the passion of cooking at an early age. I love to cook and my wife and I entertain quite frequently so that we can enjoy the company of great people, wonderful food and wonderful conversations.
When not in the kitchen I enjoy gardening, painting, photograpy, fishing, and home improvement projects around the house.
My Favorite Foods
I have been cooking for almost fifty years and have developed the ability to prepare almost any ethnic foods although Italian remains my favorite. I truly enjoy working in the kitchen can easily prepare meals for 20-40 people or an intimate meal for 2-4 people. I enjoy creating new dishes as well as personalizing existing menus.
