About me

I leave near Lyon, in appartment.  I'm member to association and they ask their member receive some student, foreign people in our house to divide with them a simple diner. I worked as switchboarder in hospital, but now i'm in long illness. I have a mother in specialized old house and my sister live near her. My friend told about me i'm Miss disater and I agree with them. I love read, writing to my foreign penpal, divide a simple diner with my friends

My Favorite Foods

I love rabbit with prune, chicken with cream sauce, rock porc with cheese, egg snow, flan, yogourt cake, bugne (those are french meal) pecan pie. At the beguining I was in my home, often I cooked for my friend a meal that never I did and always they serve guinea pig. I was very happy when they told me that is was very good and asked me recipies

i think i would have to travel far to get farm raised rabbit. You rabbit is probably much more organic and healthy then the ones here in souther california. I will ask next time i go to butcher

Sorry for my so long answer but i wasn't in my home but to my sister's home to see my mother she leave near her. Mom is in specialized old house. So now I answer you. Usully you find this meal to a butchery. May be ask your butche when you can find it or maybe he can find it for you.Which is country ? You can write me on my mail boxe, michele.lebrette@voila.fr I again have a meal, with chicken and this one is good too. you need a chicken 1.500kg 3 tablespoon oil 150 g of grated Gruyère (I don't know if you can find it) 125 g heavy cream, a tablespoon ful of good strong mustarde (Dijon) salt and pepper. boneless chicke and cook iin 3 tablespoons of oil. Add salt and pepper. When the chicken is cooked, reserve it and juice and deglaze with white dry wine. Breaking the Gruyere into rain gently,stirring until melted. Add cream mix well, the add mustard. When cream is ready, pour over chiche and place the remaining cream in sauce boat. Eaten mainly rice
