I am a mother of three young boys. Cooking has become a hobby instead of something I feel I have to do. I am always looking for something new to learn or try. I really take pride in my cooking. I feel that alot of what is wrong with the world today could be fixed if we just sat down and had a meal togethor. Meals are a great time to connect with our family and friends.

I love Italian and Mexican cuisine. My favorite dish to make is probably lasagna. I know it is definitely my husband's favorite dish to eat. It is really a labor of love because it takes quite awhile to make. I normally make it for holidays or other special occasions. I also really like to make cookies and candy at Christmas. My mom and I have made a tradition of it. I can't wait until my sons are old enough to take part.
