About me
when I'm at home, I live in the town of Ponoka Alberta Canada. I'm usually there during the winter months currently working in a small feedlot. Spring finds me in northern Alberta cooking for a Black Bear camp which caters to mostly American hunters' the summer finds me cooking for a horse pack trips in the mountains in central Alberta , and the fall season finds me in northern B.C. as the head cook for an outfitter that hunts big game. In my spare time if I find any that will find me catching up on housework and family and friends. I find cook books fascinating, my favorite author is Steven King. I enjoy watching movies and being as active as I can. I love the challenges of the hunting cook as it entails everything from wrangling horese to cutting your own fresh meat to prepare and the fine art of cooking on a woodstove, be it the big old girls or the tin travel stoves and the perks that go with it, the interesting people and the beautiful scenery
My Favorite Foods
My favorite dishes to prepare are fried chicken,BBQ wild roasts, actually i enjoy them all except for salads, I like eating them though
