About Me Kingsburg is a little swedish town about 2500 people in the big valley called the San Joquin in central California. this is where all the fruits and vegetables are grown. I am a retired wheelchair fabricator, I have three grown sons, 4 grandaughters. and a weeny dog named Buster. My hobbies are: cooking, eating, western movies, fishing, makeing my family cookbook, and geneology of my surname. and I love to watch highschool sports.making jams/jellies Some of my favorite foods My favorite meal is homemade spainish meatloaf, scallop potatoes, whole kernal corn, green salad, ice tea, peach cobbler/ice cream. some other foods I love is BBQ country style pork ribs, potato salad. fresh cooked fried fish. blue gil,any perch, cod, surf perch, catfish, and trout, bass, carp. As far as my favorite foods to make is I like to do the holiday dinners. as long as I can keep everyone out of the kitchen. I like to make it from start to finish.
