About me
I live in Deer Park, Texas and my favorite hobby is motorcycle touring. Second would be my love of cooking, though I don't get to do it that much because of other obligations in life. 
I work for The Methodist Hospital in Houston, Texas as an Outreach Coordinator. I love helping people and my job directly applies to that love.
My Favorite Foods
I guess my all time favorite "feel-good" food is..... Buffalo Chicken Wings. I like them hot with a good sauce and dusted with garlic.
Of course I like other things but I lean toward Italian and American foods. My specialty would be brisket and pork tenderloin.
I will never forget making dinner for my family the first time. I was a cub scout and we were taught how to make "silver turtles." This is where you place ground beef, carrots and potatoes in aluminum foil and let it cook over a fire. I made those for my mom and dad and they began my love of pleasing people through cooking. I am working on a remodel of my house with entertaining in mind.
