My Favorite Foods
I most enjoy eating dishes made with fresh ingredients rather than packaged ones. So far, I've made a decent lasagne, a so-so mozzarella mushroom chicken with ratatouille and a brilliant crock pot coq au vin found on this site. I most enjoyed cooking in southern Spain where brie and mozzarella were the most affordable cheeses and seafood was abundant.
