About me
I live in Eugene, Oregon. My husband is retired and we divide our time between Eugene and our beach home on the Oregon Coast. We have 2 Bichon Frises for company and my pastimes are reading, cooking, beading, knitting and keeping 2 houses.
My Favorite Foods
My husband is a little fussier about food than I am, but some favorites of mine are: crab, shrimp, clams, some fish, lamb rack and chops, steak and above all potatoes. We live in an area where there is little or mediocre Chinese cuisine, so we both crave that. I don't much like to prepare it because of the time it takes but occasionally I do prepare it -- usually a noodle stir-fry. I took french cooking lessons for a few years on and off and do enjoy preparing those dishes occasionally.
