About me
I am a former registerd nurse. Became a director of a food bank after moving to florida from Annapolis, Maryland( still my favorite city). I love to cook. We have 200 volunteers on staff at the food bank and they come from all over the world. We have a real smoorgasbord whenever we have a meeting. Love sailing and sail on the St. Johns river. Also like to write. My favorite hobby is making personalized cookbooks for friends. I usually pick a favorite recipe, tell a little story about it. When I have all the recipes typed, I have it spiral bound and give it to family and friends.
My Favorite Foods
Being from Maryland, any kind of blue crab is at the top of my list. I also enjoy all kinds of seafood. I love French, Spanish, Greek, cooking. Back in America my favorite regions are: mid atlantic, new england, southern, and california.
