About Me

I live in Memphis TN. I love entertaining and hosting dinner parties. I also like backpacking and I have became quite good at making fancy food (from dehydrated items) on the trail.

Some of my favorite foods 

Things that are good and fast. I work and go to school so I have little time to cook. Often I am cooking small dishes that make two servings, one for dinner and one to pack for lunch the following day. I love italian foods, learning French cooking
