About me
I run a manufacturing company selling and delivering our products around the country. I have four children who are just starting to leave home. I don't get enough time to go bushwalking and I play in a brass band my other stay happy occupation apart from cooking .
My Favorite Foods
Nothing else I cook compares to the feeling of pride and satisfaction of making bread. I have been making bread since I started a family and I can do it without thinking I use a Kenwood mixer to mix the dough and then knead by hand and bake in a conventional oven. Forget breadmakers they don't give the right aroma or the beautiful shaped top of a hand risen loaf.
But generally I love to cook anything.
