About Me
I was born in Canada, and lived in Penticton, B.C. until I was in third grade. My family and I moved to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico for a year. I was in entering the fifth grade when we moved to Arizona. We stayed there quite a while, finished high school started working...My parents fell in love with Colorado, moved there in early 2007, and I followed them out in October of the same year. I've loved to cook since I was about 12, but started baking with my mom when I was about 7. I find a lot of my recipes from magazines and food packages. Although I rarely use all the specific ingredients. I tend to substitute similar ingredients for ones I already have on hand. I hope everyone enjoys the recipes I have found.
Some of my favorite foods
Pasta, hearty sandwiches, greek food; I love a good greek salad. I've recently discovered, Thai, Indian and Japanese cuisine and all the complex flavors they have to offer my taste buds.
