Hi Cristopher. My reading of the USDA standards are under 30 carbs is low. There are 8 from sugar and 29 total. This is close to the limit but under it. Not reaLLY A LOW, LOW, ,LOW, meal but within their standards. Sorry for the borderline meal. Norm
