I'm a business woman who loves cooking!! since I was a little girl I love cooking, and then as my mom was a  full time high school teacher, I had to cook to help  her a bit. 

At University all my coleagues and fiends used to go to my apartment , 'cause they knew something delicious was at the stove.    I have my own business now ( nothing to do with cooking, we distribute  health care equipment )  but I still cook  every day three times a day.   My husband and kids doesn't know  what's to eat fast food , or frozen or pre cook meals,  they  don&##180;t like those flavors (Believe me, I tried to save time with frozen meals and food but they didn't like it) .

Here in Mexico it's easier to get fresh food, infront of my home there's a butcher,  fruits and vegetables are cheaper there , and most of mexicans cooks every day fresh meals, so there are a plenty of  places where to get fresh  meat, chicken, or sea food every day. ( of course I got them for entire week).

 

My major is Mexican  cuisine,  from ancient recipes to modern one's.  You can  cook   healty mexican food  with all the flavor and low calories. All my recipes are  from my every day cooking, all proven and deliciuos.
