About Me I live in a suburb of Chicago,Illinois. I am a surgical nurse at a nearby hospital for 20 yrs. I really love to read, shop, walk, a self proclaimed computer geek,and most of all I LOVE TO COOK! I have a huge collection of cookbooks, some are dated back to early 1930's! I love to collect and share recipes. Some of my favorite foods Some of my favorite foods are: authentic Italian recipes (I am full blooded Italian), Chicken, lots of vegetables, and of course pasta!!
