About Me I live in Austin, TX. I'm a computer technician for a utility (water, power, etc) I love to cook, I make soap, knit, crochet and play with my adorable Granddaughter! I have a magnificent Blue Lacy dog named Blue (appropriate, right?) Some of my favorite foods CHICKEN! Italian food, Corned Beef and cabbage, onion soup. I'm desperately searching for a recipe my mother had made called Swedish Cake; it had only 4 ingredients, two of which were oil and sugar! It was rich, didn't need any frosting and we used it as a base for our strawberry shortcake. I wish I could find it!
