About Me

I am in my 13th year as a professional chef. I have been an Executive Chef for a little over 5 year now. Background is fine dining, resort and clubhouse establishments. I enjoy cooking, it is relaxing and is the only art that I believe can be experienced with all the senses. Then you eat it and the art is gone forever. I try to find new and untraditional ways and techniques to add to my cooking style which is classically trained French Haute cuisine with a little bit of Spanish thrown in.

Some of my favorite foods 

I like to keep my foods and presentations simple and so my favorite foods are simple, such as: pizza, burgers, tacos, and practically anthing sauteed properly.
