I am a student of Mexican Cuisine. I have actively studied for many years. I cook, test, research, and very much enjoy my experiences with "La Cocina Mexicana". I have traveled in the Mexican states of Sonora, Michoacan, Jalisco, Guanajuato, Colima, and Baja California Norte.
I am retired and have much time now to really pursue my passion!
