About me
I live in the city of Flat Rock in the Blue Ridge Mountains of NC. I do alot of cooking from scratch and we love to camp alot at Ocean Lakes Family Campground in Myrtle Beach, SC. I am married to a wonderful husband of 19 years and have 2 dogs, a 10 yr old Golden Retriever named Major Austin & a 2 yr old Bassett Hound/Australian Shepherd named Charlie Brown. I also have 2 sons, 1 aged 30 in NV and 1 aged 39 in CO & 2 lovely grandchildren, a girl age 12 and a boy age 13.
I love collecting recipes and entering them into my electronic cookbook program and always looking for new recipes to try and share.
My Favorite Foods
We have a couple of favorite all-in-one breakfast dishes; one is a 'Yummy Breakfast Pizza' and an 'Egg Sausage Pancake Sandwich' (courtesy of Paula Deen). Mexican and Italian dishes are favorites in our house too.
As for pizza, I just made a 'Chicken Taco Pizza' for Fathers Day and it was a great hit and 'Alabama Fudge Pie' for dessert.
