About me
I have lived in Kansas all of my life and have always had a passion for creating something delicious for my family and friends. I like to grill or smoke something on the grill every weekend, that is my relaxation time. I have been married for 17 wonderful years to my best friend. She doesn't much like to cook so I think I got the better end of that deal. She is always up to trying something new as long as there hasn't been a movie made about it (Bambi or Little Bo Peep). I have been a baker a cook in some fancy restaurants, I have made French pastries but to cook for a living take the joy out of it for me. I like to do my own thing in my own time. My ultimate dream is to have a nice big trailer with a grill and counter top with two turkey fryers on the front so I can take my kitchen with me.
My Favorite Foods
I love love steak (rare) but really I eat anything I cook. Slow cooked meat on my grill is what I love most because you have to wait for the delicious taste after having to smell it all day.
