About Me
A retired industrialist who now passes his time painting (both in oils and watercolours), webmaster for a few friends web pages and travelling (Europe and N America). Married (44 years) two children and 4 grandchildren all of whom are girls and all of whom are wonderful. Now semi-disabled through a spinal injury, my interests are much more sedentary but, that's OK, I'm OLD!
Some of my favorite foods
Italian - almost anything Italian! We have been visiting the Italian countryside for 25 years and Italian rural, basic food is unbeatable!

My crockpot is 3.5 qt. and 220 watts. I can adjust the cooking time on your recipes to suit my crockpot. Thanks, Barbara

I am really impressed with your photos you've got a great eye! Can't wait to try the Guinness Stew when the weather turns cool, which shouldn't be too long here in Seattle :-)
