About me
Hey, everyone! I live in East TN on Watts Bar Lake. I'm a newly-wed, marrying a wonderful man last May at 61!! (We met on Yahoo or Match, can't remember which.) He's a widower, married 44 years before.
Was single for 10 years, and hardly ever cooked, so I'm just starting again. In addition, he has diabetes II, and I need to lose weight, so that affects every meal we make. He loves to cook, and is pretty good.
I'm a recently disabled marriage and family counselor, not working at present. So I can't stand for long periods at a time. Just discovered the internet as a wonderful resource for cooking, and stumbled upon this website.
May share more as I get to know you guys...thanks for "listening"! 
My Favorite Foods
Lobster is my favorite! Memories of cooking?...Was thrown out of the kitchen as a young girl...my mom was too nervous to have me in there. Still don't know many recipes, but am eager to learn.
