About Me Love to cook and trying to create as many recipes that are healthy, low calorie, low fat meals for myself and my family. I am from Canada but live in the U.S. Once was a Coucopoulos and proud of my culture and love Greek food. Was raised in Montreal, Vancouver (Canada), Kato Patisia (Athens, Greece) and Lagonissi, Greece.
