I live in the fruitcake capital of the world, Claxton, Georgia.  I am orginally from Texas and I love

Tex-Mex food, I am always looking for different recipes.  I work at the local hospital in the Lab.

I love spending time with my granddaughters, shopping with my best friend and riding around in

my convertible and riding my motorcycle.

Most favorite food is Tex-Mex, love spicy foods, I love making something to bring to work and

see the look on my coworkers face when they taste it, it may be hot but they cannot get enough

of it, of course I do like a good low country boil.
