Hope this help with the weight and measure issue posted 28.3g is equivelent to 1oz or 15g = 1 teaspoon or 2 teaspoons (1 tablespoon) = roughly 30g Like most recipes, the measurements are a rough guide and you don't have to be 'bob-on accurate' ... eyeball the amount used and try the recipe, you wont be disappointed. ;) 1 can (6 oz) Tuna (reserve brine) 1 can (14 oz) Tomatoes chopped 1 small Onion chopped 7 oz Mozzarella sliced 7 oz Farfalle 1 tablespoon Parsley chopped 3 Garlic cloves crushed Salt to season Black pepper to taste 2 tablespoons Sugar 1 tablespoon Malt Vinigar reduction 1 tablespoon Oregano 1 tablespoon Olive Oil 4 tablespoons Mayonnaise* 2 tablespoons Pesto (optional) 1/2 tablespoon Tomato Pure 1 – 2 oz Parmesan grated
