Married to my beautiful wife Kathy and devoted to my three chlidren. Love sport, cooking (surprise), movies, reading and creative writing. Partial to the odd glass of wine/vodka/cider/beer...the list goes on!

My Favorite Foods
I seem to stick to the base foods but put a spin on familiar recipes. I love spice, whether it be Asian or Indian - theres nothing quite like a chilli rush

I'm keen on meat - beef steaks (rump and sirloin), racks/legs of lamb, pork fillet lots of chicken cooked simply and a current favourite is confit duck leg.
I also like Italian dishes - the lasagnes, spags, lots of basil, oregano, garlic etc...
