I'm a recent graduate with a BA in media communications.  Cooking has always been a favorite past time but I also love camping, fishing, video games and I have recently taken a liking to baseball games.

 

I'm looking at grad school in Intercultural Communication studies and I want to teach (post-secondary).

 

 

I have recently started to eat a lot healthier than I used to which has opened up a lot of doors for creativity in the kitchen.  (closed some doors too!)  I'm doing a lot of recipes with spinach, mushrooms, edamame, etc. these days. No fried foods :(

 

I really enjoy baking although I rarely eat sweets. It's just nice to see other people enjoy my treats! Everyone loves my chocolate caramel turtle cheesecakes during the holidays.
