About me
I live in a small rural area of East Texas. My husband (Ken) and I have a small 8 acre tract that has been in his family for 100 years. We are currently trying to revitalize the farm. His specialty is the vegetable garden and I love the flower gardens. This year we put up canned tomatoes, chili sauce, green beans, squash and experimented on jams and jellies (strawberry, peach, blueberry, red plum and fig).
My Favorite Foods
Good old fashioned "home cooked food"! We love country food, cajun recipes, chinese, italien you name it, we eat it!
