About me
I love recipes that have very little ingredients but lots of flavor. I am a big crock pot cooker because its easy to have dinner ready when you get home that way! I have three kids all with very different tastes, so simple is my middle name.
I am also big into rock wall climbing, reading and love movies. My husband Brian and I are also into wine tasting even though we are pretty much amateurs on wine itself. I live in the Kansas City area and LOVE the midwest. This is home to me and I don't think I will ever move away again!
My Favorite Foods
I am a big chicken eater. I like beef but chicken is my staple. I love pretty much all kinds of foods, as there are very few things I don't like. I don't like raw onions but I like cooking with them. I don't use nuts in my brownies because I think they taste like bark! LOL
