About me
I live in a small town in western Oklahoma. There's not much to do here, but cook! I have always loved cooking and trying out new recipes from scratch. My mom used to always create a new meal just about every night. We would ask "what's for dinner", to her reply "I don't know, but you'll like it". She was right; I usually always loved her culinary creations. I think she inspired me from an early age to love cooking. I am thinking of going to a culinary arts school soon!
My Favorite Foods
I love my mother's lasagna. I also love cabbage rolls, seafood, and many other dishes. Our whole family used to get together around Thanksgiving and Christmas and make candies and deliver them to families all around our community. This was something my mother taught us from a very early age; giving! We always made something to give to a family less fortuanate. We really didn't have a lot but there was always enough to give out of what we did have.
