I am a transplanted Albertan living in Quebec, Canada. I presently work at the Centre Sheraton where I am a Chef de Partie. I started cooking for restaurants when I was 13 years old, and continue to this day.
I am certified as a cook as a trade, and I live, breathe, eat and sleep cooking. Someday I hope to pass my skills off to my son.
I love all foods. The only exception to this rule is the most vile food to me ~ peas from a can. I can eat peas if they are frozen or fresh, but never out of a can. Yuck.
Being open minded about food has let me try all sorts of different cuisines, and flavors from around the world. I am always adding to my repertoire, tasting my way though life.
