About me
I live in New England, and my favorite season is Fall. I love the changing colors of the trees, the freshness of the air, and the wake-up you get when it's a cool, brisk, sunny morning. It's the perfect time to enjoy comfort foods. And to knit. Oh how I love to knit. Food and knitting. Knitting and Food. Yep. That's me. Oh, and Harry Potter. Books, reading, writing. It's all good.

It's really tough to pick just one thing I love. After culinary school, I found a lot more things I enjoy than I used to. I can find a way to prepare almost anything so that I can enjoy it.
