About Me I am an aspiring writer of romantic suspense, mysteries and thrillers. I homeschool my two children and spend most of my time between my writing and my family. I enjoy reading, writing (duh), cooking (lol), movies, singing, and playing games. Some of my favorite foods My favorite foods are shrimp, avocados, chocolate and French fries. My favorite dishes are lasagna, shrimp fried rice, California rolls, egg rolls, pizza, General Tso's Chicken, burritos...and the list goes on. I simply love food in general. I love variety and various ethnic foods. I get bored easily, and I'd rather eat something different every day than the same over and over. I adore Chinese and Mexican foods. I was raised by my Italian mother, so Italian dishes are a part of my culture and loved but not necessarily what I will crave first. I truly feel eating is a celebration and not just meant for energy and nourishment.
