About Me I live in Istanbul, near the beautiful Bosphorus which connects Europe and Asia. We are lucky to have the change to eat fresh fish direct from the sea accompanied by beautiful Turkish and Ottoman "Meze"s. Besides our traditional cousine, I like trying recipes from all over the world. Cooking and gardening and music are some of my hobbies. I enjoy windsurfing,sailing. I try to get the most out of life.. Some of my favorite foods I have some Ottoman recipes cooked in Palaces for the Sultans. I have my own chicken recipe which I will write later,one of my favorite recipes is oven-roasted spareribs with hoisin and plum sauce.
