Retired executive. Roseville is in N. Cal. 18 miles east of Sacramento. My hobbies besides cooking include computers & software, wines, opera, bridge, gardening, video & sound systems, digital photography, digital movie making, playing with my Golden Retreiver "Vivo".

All sorts of pasta, Hungarian Beef Goulash, all types of Chinese cooking particularly dim sum, sweet & sour stuffed cabbage, eggplant parmigana, thin crust pizza New York style, on and on.
