About Me Retired executive. Roseville is in N. Cal. 18 miles east of Sacramento. My hobbies besides cooking include computers & software, wines, opera, bridge, gardening, video & sound systems, digital photography, digital movie making, playing with my Golden Retreiver "Vivo". Some of my favorite foods All sorts of pasta, Hungarian Beef Goulash, all types of Chinese cooking particularly dim sum, sweet & sour stuffed cabbage, eggplant parmigana, thin crust pizza New York style, on and on.
