About Me I would have put expert home cook except that my skills have slipped due to MS. I have the mental, but not physical, abilities. However, I love cooking and am currently teaching my daughter the ropes. She is picking up the skills quickly! My other favorite activities are gaming, reading, writing, and singing karaoke. Some of my favorite foods Although I'm not of Italian heritage at all, I love Italian cooking and cuisine. I love making my own sauces. I also love making BBQ pork with my own version of Jack Daniel's sauce. MMMM......... now that's some great pulled pork. I also love a great sweet/sour cold slaw to go with it along with a bottle of Woodchuck hard cider on the side. Now that's some good eats!
