About Me I just had my first child in January 2007. I love to read fantasy and horror novels. I also enjoy scrapbooking and painting. I am the "chef" of the family. People always want me to cook for holidays and other occasions, but I don't mind because I love to hear people complement my dishes. Some of my favorite foods I will eat just about anything, and I'm not afraid to try new things. My favorites are Asian and Mediterranean dishes.
