I live in Bessemer City, NC. its a small town just outside of Charlotte, NC. I have always enjoyed cooking and I absouletly love the cooking network. The company I have been with for the past 10 years recently went bankrupt so now I have been playing Mr. Mom.
My Favorite Foods
I love just about all types of food. If I had to say a favorite I would say Seafood ( the Shellfish) and beef reciepes are my favorite. I do enjoy cooking certain foods of my heritage ( Puerto Rican). I have really made an impression with my church cooking pastellios.
