About me
I am a wife, mother of three (ranging in ages of 22 down to 7) and a Junior High English Teacher, and I love to cook. My family and I live in Waco, Texas.
My Favorite Foods
We love cajun food. My father is from Louisiana, and we love all things cajun. One of my most requested dishes is gumbo. I make seafood and chicken and sausage. We also eat a lot of Tex-Mex. All of the foods that we eat are usually highly spiced, not necessarily hot, though.
