About Me
Bonjour!
I am an American Citizen, living in Tahiti with my French husband and three children. I am the co/owner of a buiness in the United States called Heartfelt Passions.
We live on the beach here in Tahiti so I spend a lot of time there. I still have regular things I do around the house everyday, don't we all! I like to read and surf the net and I love to cook most of the time. I was born and raised in Southern California and have lived there most of my life.
Some of my favorite foods
Hmmm, I like to try new types of cuisine. I like downhome southern comfort foods on occasion but don't get to prepare them much here. I have made Bisquits and gravy but somehow it doesn't quite taste the same. I love to make decadent desserts that people ohhh and awww over.................I make a very decadent brownie that people swoon over!
My Grandmother was a cook from the southern part of the United States so I grew up with things like bisquits and gravy, Potato salad, corn bread dressing, turkey gravy that was always yellow, it goes great with that corn bread dressing. She would always have some great egg custard in her fridge for me whenever I would come to visit.
