I'm a professional balloon artist which is a pretty fun job.  Still, no matter how fun your job it, everyone needs something else in their life that's relaxing.  For me it's cooking and knitting.  Neither are skills I learned from my mom, if it doesn't go into the microwave, she can't cook it.  Thankfully my grandmother was a wonderful Southern cook and she was happy to have me tag along in the kitchen.
