About Me As of January 2004, I became a SAHW (no kids) with a growing interest in various homemaking skills. Cooking and, more importantly, menu planning and "inventory control" are areas in which I would like to improve. I am especially interested in balancing health (less fat, less processed foods, more vegetarian options) with careful budgeting. Some of my favorite foods While I enjoy more elaborate dishes on occasion, I prefer basic home cooking most of the time. I find good quality ingredients, prepared simply are often appreciated more.
