My job is nursing...but my passion is cooking and writing~  

I recently started a Supper Club at the hospital where I work to inspire myself and others to branch out with our cooking "talents"

My goal is great friends, good food and good wine~

I love trying new things..but my favorite food has always been Mexican.  Spanish, cuban almost anything in the hispanic family.  Reminds me of the little neighborhood I grew up in.  Though I am not hispanic..I was embraced as a child within it and feel it is as much a part of me as my own~
