About Me
I love cooking at home, breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack, dessert, you name it, I make it! Well, not THAT extremely. I have more experience baking desserts such as brownies, cookies, cakes, and other assortments of pastries. Ironically, although I love to bake these dessert, I cannot eat any of them because I am allergic to eggs. However, it is the joy and pleasure my the faces of my family members and friends that is most rewarding.
My favorite ingredient in the kitchen is green tea powder. I use it to make green tea cookies, cakes, biscuits, jello, smoothies, yogurt, etc... My specialty is Green Tea Brownies, which resemble marbled brownies. My friends all think it's wonderful how the dark chocolate shell hides a green swirl inside that counters the super richness of the dark chocolate brownie. As my friend Charles likes to say, "It's suprisingly pretty."
