I cook mostly for two. Dinner parties make me nervous...
I like simple and healthy recipes, not too time consuming, variety with nice presentation.
I am originally from Belgium, emigrated to Toronto, Canada and worked my way West over time. I am now retired and live in White Rock, BC.
I am impressed with Big-Oven recipes software, I Paint Shop Pro a little and this helps with the photos and presentation aspect.
