About me

I am happily single but am anoyed at how few recipes there are when cooking for one or even just two. I believe in: Healthy eating. Flavour. Having it all done in less than 20 minutes. Part of healthy eating is knowing how to make that sometimes food REALLY AWESOME! If your only going to eat it some times then it aught to be worth the wait. My deserts are wicked and my regular recipes are angelic. Kath

Thanks for the comments regarding the caramel squares. I'm not a highly experience baker, and this was the 1st recipe I've created on my own. It's good to hear some positive feedback.
