My Favorite Foods
Any type of macaroni will do for me. I love cooking and eating Italian foods. I enjoy baking all types of bread from the easiest beer breads to the not so easy bagels. I like to make traditional Italian desserts for all the holidays such as "Pane di Pasquale alla' ova" which is Easter Bread with eggs nestled in the braids of a wreath shaped lemony sweet bread. Try it, you'll love it! Another favorite for Easter would be the Ricotta Pie. Try these recipes and let me know what you think!
