About me
Hi! Welcome to my home page. I'm new to the joy of cooking. I always saw it as more of a burden and looked like "a deer in the headlights" when my family posed the daily question "What's for dinner?!" That sent chills up and down my spine. Until a friend told me about the cooking programs out there for the computer and my husband gave my one for Christmas (ya think it's a hint?) and now a whole new world has opened that makes cooking look really fun and interesting. I can't wait to get into the kitchen and give all these recipes a try. I've also longed to be able to organize and try some of the great recipes I've received over the years from family and friends. My interests include cooking ~ now, reading, crosstitching in any free time I can find, camping with my family ~ we love the outdoors, and running my home-based business with Mary Kay ~ soon to be a Director!!!
My Favorite Foods
On the whole I love mexican food (on the more mild side), pasta dishes, seafood and the all-american dishes. I will always love to eat out any time 'cuz I still love having others cook for me and don't want to worry about the clean-up. :o)
