About me
I am currently unemployed and working on my cooking skills. I love to cook and feed others, it makes me happy. If I had $20,000 I'd go to Culinary School! I am married with three adult children and one teenage boy in high school. We enjoy camping and outdoor activities. I love to read and my TV is always on food network (it drives my husband insane). My husband and I own a trucking company, he is the driver, I am the accountant.
My Favorite Foods
I love to eat rich foods unfortunately. The more butter and cream the better which is why I'm am now a diabetic. I have had to learn to cut back on alot of my favorite foods like potato's and pasta and rice and am learning to cook with more vegetables and less cream and butter ::sigh::
